  • Zero Tolerance Policy:  Discrimination, harassment or victimisation of any form is strictly
    prohibited both inside and outside the workplace, and incidents of this nature will be handled
    with the utmost seriousness. We encourage our teams to take action by reporting any
    happenings they’ve witnessed, so we can address them promptly and accordingly.
  • Training and Awareness: Intuition IT also provide compulsory training and awareness programs
    for new employees to ensure they understand our company values and the importance of EDI.


We aim to fully equip our staff with the necessary knowledge to promote a collaborative culture
