Stream Lead SAP PS - Senior

Overview

One of Capgemini’s clients in the Construction Sector is about to embark on a major transformation with the launch of its SAP S/4HANA program — a strategic initiative that will reshape the company’s core processes and IT landscape.

We are looking for an SAP Solution Lead ready to take a key role in this exciting new chapter both in the presales activities as well as in the delivery if Capgemini is the selected partner to support the client in this journey.

Required Expertise

The profile we are seeking would be an experienced SAP Expert (PS, EPPM, RAR/EBRR) with deep expertise in the Construction / Engineering & Construction (EC&O) sector.
He/she should be comfortable with the translation of the specificities of that sector into SAP solution, especially regarding:

• Multi-year construction contracts & project financials

  • Business / project management (gestion des affaires)

  • Multi-entity scenarios (joint ventures, consortia, partnerships)

  • CAPEX programs and multi-phase construction

• Revenue recognition at completion and at progress (POC)

  • Measurement of physical and financial progress

  • Alignment with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 requirements

• Subcontractor and supplier management

  • Subcontractor management: contracting, progress validation, back to back orders, risk/penalty tracking

  • Variation orders & change order management

Skills

• Knowledge of SAP PS is a must

• Knowledge of EPPM is nice-to-have as the client is considering activating this module

• Knowledge of EBRR and RAR is interesting for Revenue Recognition activities

• Leadership skills are nice-to-have, strong oral communication skills required

Project Timeline

• Expected availability: February 2026 (support presales, part-time 50% minimum, ideally full-time)

• Duration: 3 months (Feb to Apr), with possibility to extend if consultant is onboarded

• Project start: May 2026 (Paris location)
