Overview

Large enterprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant to support hardware lifecycle automation initiatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow HAM

• Design and optimise hardware lifecycle management processes

• Integrate HAM with CMDB and ITSM modules

• Design and deliver reporting and dashboarding solutions

Required Experience

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow HAM experience

• Strong CMDB knowledge and integration experience

• Experience delivering multi-country rollouts

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow CIS – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) Certification
