The Change Management Lead will work with multiple stakeholders from EAM/PCM (Paperless Calibration Management – Beamex) users, support team, and business owner. The key responsibilities include:
Driving the migration from PCM to SAP PM
Creating and managing best practices and training materials related to SAP PM calibration business processes
Performing end user training
Support Beamex to SAP PM (Calibration) Migration
Support the central support team and business owner with change management process
Participate in Beamex to SAP PM data mapping workshops as needed (Remote only)
Support user training sessions across different time zones
SAP PM (Calibration) Best Practices and Training Materials
Work closely with business owner and site super users to identify areas needing best practices
Prepare best practices, review with business owner and site super users, and update as required
Prepare end user training materials using Infor UAP or similar company-approved training simulation tools
Maintain all related documentation with version control mechanisms
Perform SAP PM End User Training
Conduct periodic or ad-hoc SAP PM end user training remotely
