Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
Design and maintain accruals and leave plans
Gather, analyse, and validate requirements
Support Payroll integrations
Lead workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support
Provide post-implementation guidance and issue resolution
3+ years hands-on Workday Time & Absence experience
Full lifecycle Workday implementation experience
Strong knowledge of North American legislation and compliance
Workday Certification
