Overview

Global enterprise is seeking an experienced Workday Time & Absence Consultant to support full lifecycle implementation across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules

  • Design and maintain accruals and leave plans

  • Gather, analyse, and validate requirements

  • Support Payroll integrations

  • Lead workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support

  • Provide post-implementation guidance and issue resolution

Required Experience

  • 3+ years hands-on Workday Time & Absence experience

  • Full lifecycle Workday implementation experience

  • Strong knowledge of North American legislation and compliance

Preferred Experience

  • Workday Certification
