ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant

Overview

Enterprise organisation seeking ITAM Consultant to implement asset lifecycle management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM/SAM as applicable)

• Define and document asset lifecycle processes aligned to enterprise standards

• Integrate ITAM with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and process adherence

• Support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across the organisation

Required Experience

• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM

• Strong knowledge of CMDB design, relationships, and data governance

• Solid experience with ServiceNow Discovery

• Proven background working in large enterprise environments

Preferred Experience

• CIS-ITAM certification (or equivalent ServiceNow certification)
