Overview

Enterprise client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Consultant to drive licence optimisation, compliance, and governance initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro

• Manage licence reconciliation and entitlement tracking

• Define and embed SAM governance models

• Support software audits and vendor management activities

Required Experience

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow SAM experience

• Strong knowledge of major software licence models

• Proven compliance and audit experience

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow CIS – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) Certification
