Overview

Global enterprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD Consultant to support large-scale digital workflow transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:

    • Incident Management

    • Problem Management

    • Change Management

    • Request Fulfilment

  • Design and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities

  • Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions

  • Design scalable, enterprise-grade workflows aligned to best practice

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities

Required Experience

  • 4+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM

  • Proven HRSD implementation experience

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

  • Experience working on enterprise-scale programmes

Preferred Experience

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ITIL Certification
