Global enterprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD Consultant to support large-scale digital workflow transformation initiatives.
Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Request Fulfilment
Design and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities
Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
Design scalable, enterprise-grade workflows aligned to best practice
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities
4+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
Proven HRSD implementation experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience working on enterprise-scale programmes
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ITIL Certification
