As Operations Director at Intuition IT, Shari has been a cornerstone of the business for almost 15 years — a testament to her loyalty, dedication, and deep understanding of what makes the company tick. She leads all things HR and operations systems, ensuring our internal processes, people strategies, and day-to-day infrastructure run smoothly and support the wider team’s success.

She is the female voice on the Leadership Team and, although based in the Netherlands, still jumps at every opportunity to visit the London office. As a busy mom of three girls, she views those business trips as a well-earned form of self-care.
